1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BullBuddy application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BullBuddy is an AI-powered stock and options analysis tool that provides predictions and market insights. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze multiple factors including technical indicators, fundamentals, implied volatility, options flow, macro conditions, and more. BullBuddy is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Pay-Per-Analysis Pricing
BullBuddy operates on a pay-per-analysis model: • Your first 10 analyses are priced at $1.99 each. • After your first 10 analyses, each subsequent analysis is priced at $2.49. All purchases are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion. Cached analyses (less than 6 hours old) are available at no additional charge.
4. No Financial Advice
The predictions, analyses, scores, probabilities, and any other information provided by BullBuddy do NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such. BullBuddy does not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Nothing on the Service should be taken as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Do your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decision.
5. No Guarantees
AI-generated predictions are inherently uncertain. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The probability scores, directional predictions, and price targets provided by the Service are estimates based on available data and AI modeling, and may be inaccurate. BullBuddy makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. You acknowledge that trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems. • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the analyses without prior written consent. • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, analyses, and software — are the exclusive property of BullBuddy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullBuddy and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: • Your use of or inability to use the Service. • Any trading or investment decisions made based on the Service's analyses. • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers. • Any errors or omissions in any content.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BullBuddy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
